Welcome, welcome. My name is Martita Robinson, and this is The Mystical Investigator. Today We're going to dive deeper into healing. Fear. Fear is one of the most powerful emotions. That can come up. It's very debilitating at times. And the energy of fear is quite scary. Because it's so scary because it disconnects us so profoundly from our stillness, from our presence. It's really important to tackle it, as soon as it comes in. The longer you sit and fear the harder it is to get out of it. Now I've discovered through my own path to healing my anxiety Many different tools and techniques to overcoming these feelings and not just overcoming them, but healing them in the moment. For us as women, we have these hormonal surges and changes during the month, and this can make fear even more debilitating at times because the hormones are already going rampant and different things are happening in our bodies.
And for whatever reason, fear comes up. Even stronger. Just like every other emotion, we tend to feel things very. She strongly and it feels very real. Fear feels real. And so when we connect to these thoughts that can. Move us into fear. It's very. Uncomfortable. So today we're going to talk about an energy-healing technique that I use to transmute the fear. And heal it.
Today's technique is called hole upon a Pono. It's a traditional Hawaiian practice that involves forgiveness, reconciliation and healing. The word translates to make right.
It's a process of bringing harmony to your life, the people in your life, and yourself. The world. Emotions.
I learned about Ho'oponopono through Dr. Joe Vitale. And he talks a lot about different Spiritual paths. So if you haven't heard of him, look them up. Dr. Joe Vitale. He also has some Different webinars on Ho'oponopono. So I came across him quite a few years ago. Maybe seven years ago or so, while I was in the process of healing, my anxiety, and I discovered that, I was able to transmute the energy of fear. Very easily Ho'oponopono is basically three words that you keep repeating over and over and over again.
It's a mantra. And mantras are just words that you repeat over and over again. And it connects to a certain energy. Depending on what the words are that you're saying. So in this case, Ho'oponopono is I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. And you repeat that over and over and over again.
If you use the mantra on something that you're experiencing in your life that you want to heal, or you want to move out of your life in some way, like heal it, move it through. Change it. , you're using the words basically because you're telling yourself, I'm sorry, please forgive me.
Thank you. I love you. You're healing the energy. With acceptance. Okay. It's basically the flow. And whenever you're triggered with something. And you use these words. Your. Flowing through the trigger. And I've talked about this before. When we have issues in our lives, emotional issues, things we don't want. There are blocks. There are blocks the healing. Of it. Or moving forward into shifting into something that you prefer in your life. Let me give you an example and it might be clearer. So a friend of mine and I decided to use Ho'oponopono as an experiment in our lives to see What it can do because when I watched the webinar with Joe Vitale. There's so much testimonial about applying this , to your life and healing and different things that people have wanted. Coming to them. So me and a friend. Use this through. Our own lives. For a month.
And basically, I would just say the mantra all day long, constantly on different things. And not even just on different things. I was just saying the mantra all day long. Now my husband was a smoker. My husband was a smoker for the 14 years that we've been married. And I. Never. Like that, because my mother was a smoker. She died early on in my life. , I just feel like smoking is just not a good thing. I do believe smoking a moderation is okay. I'm not going to throw shade at people who do smoke, everything is okay. My belief system is that it's all good. And, you know, follow yourself.
Do what's good for you? But, when it came to smoking, my husband. Was a habitual smoker. He smoked. Every day and I just never liked it. It's just not something I wanted in my life. I didn't want it to be a part of my kids' lives. It was just something that I didn't want. I've wanted him to quit forever since we met.
I never badgered him to do it maybe in the beginning a little bit, but I learned that. Trying to push someone to do something is not the answer. Just like. Flowing with your own emotions is necessary. You have to flow with life and flow with others. And trying to place my own belief system on him is not going to change things.
There's a lack of acceptance there. If I'm trying to push him to do something, I'm not accepting him as he is. So I just let it be. And I knew at one point he would quit. But it just never happened. 14 years later, he was still smoking. So after this month of doing hope on a Pono, He quit.
He quit. And I really do attribute that to healing and clearing my own energy.
This is a really spiritual practice. It's kind of a miracle worker. Use it in your own life and I'm going to teach you how I used it for anxiety here. So the mantra again is I'm sorry, please. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you. When you are faced with fear you don't even need to use all of the mantras. All you need to use is I love you. And you will find that that fear melts away.
It melts away. I love you. I love you. I love you.
You can even use, I'm sorry, please. Forgive me. I love you. I love you. You can use the whole mantra if you want. But basically, I love you is powerful enough. To dissipate the fear.
Try this in your life. I promise you, you will see a difference. It moves you from this feeling of disconnection from Source.
Into pure connection because love is who you are. And when you say I love you. You are tuning back. And to the energy of yourself. And it removes you from the energy of fear by transmuting the fear back into love.
So use this as a tool for yourself. I use it on everything. You don't even need to just use it for fear. You can use it for anger. You can use it. , with any type of upset, but I'm sorry, please. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you. That's the whole Pono Pono mantra. Try this. Let me know if it works for you.
I'm on different social sites. I've left the sites in the description. Let me know how this works for you. When I started applying this towards my fear and I still do by the way, because of course hormones. You know, once in a while, it comes into real strong, like recently for whatever reason. Well, The thing is I had a baby last year and, my beautiful baby boy just turned one and I just got my period back. I breastfeed him.
So I didn't have my period for the whole year. And it just recently came back a couple months ago. And man, after not having my period for almost two years during pregnancy, and then during breastfeeding, getting it back has been hellacious. It's like, wow. You forget About the feelings and everything that is involved with having your period when you haven't had it for a while. So it's been really strong, like, you know, the week before has been very, very powerful. In. Feeling these uncomfortable feelings and fear is one of the things that I've experienced lately. , because of my period. So I used it.
I used it just the other day. I love you. I'm sorry, please. Forgive me. Thank you. And I'll just use, I love you. I love you. I love you. Sometimes I'll answer, change it and I'll use, you know, the whole mantra, but most of the time, it's just, I love you. I love you and it'll just pull me up quickly. So apply this, and use this practice. and let me know how it goes. I love you. We'll talk soon.
